Love is symbolized by a red design that we call a heart. What if that design was green or purple or maybe yellow? What if it was shaped like a square or a circle? Could it still be a symbol of love? Silly question, maybe? But how often have we spoken of loving a person, yet if they behave in an “unapproved” way, doubt creeps in our love. Reality is that Love is an invisible Power that is God; and since each individual is made by God with “God stuff”, each of us is Love.
Recognizing ourselves as Love, recognizing Love as our Power, we could use a green square to represent Love or a purple circle. Why? Because Love is not determined by external behavior or symbols but is a reflection of whether or not we are living Truth.
In our current environment, we are being challenged to live Truth. We are being challenged to live out of our Christ Consciousness. We are being challenged to live Love. We cannot allow personalities, words, and/or actions to move us out of our Truth. Those things, if causing us consternation, should make us turn within to get our directions from God. We truly may be called to do something or to say something, but we must get our guide from God, not from the external actions and words.
This is the month that we highlight and lift up Love! So let’s do that. Let’s see Love in every person, even if it is not showing up in their personality. Let’s see Love in every situation, even if it seems to be a challenging situation. Let’s see Love. Then watch the magnetizing effect of Love bring us so much more peace.
Sending lots of GOLDEN Love to you on this Valentine’s Day!
